Eat early to lose weight and sleep better

South east Asians, Europeans, some communities like Jains, all eat early 6-7 pm. Not sure why it cannot be managed by other Indians. Would attribute to long hours of work at office, long commuting hours- for middle class. Women waiting for men folk to eat.

should eat small quantities every 3 hours- this way you are not too hungry for one big meal where you tend to overeat

since my childhoods days way back in mid 90s, we have always followed it. We are usually done with our dinner by 7:30pm and have fruits at 10pm and it works wonders !!!
