Dear Dhiru, i am writing on behalf of Jupiter study consultancy anybody can go and study abroad only if they are willing to work as well during their course O.B.C, B.P.L. and Tribal students can also do well abroad its just that they have to work harder than their rich counterparts.
why are you studying? If it is for knowledge then any university will do, India itself has many. You can build knowledge to any level. If it is for job then none of the above countries are of any use. If you want to do a job in india then try to join a good college in india. If you want to work in the USA then try to join a top 10 university in the USA. None of the above countries enterain any foreign worker. These universities want students to fill their coffers, that is all. If you study there neither you will get a job in india nor there.
