entrepreneurs now prefer to hire front line players while keeping middle field and defensive with them or their own trusted persons who might not be even competent enough but they(entrepreneurs) do not mind (back is solid than front i.e. entrepreneurs hesitate to employ untested persons even at huge indirect losses due to trusted incapable persons)
Perhaps, R Gopalkrishna is jealous of MBAs esp from Ivy League Institutes like Hrvard, Wharto n,Stanford etc or even our Indian Ivy League ones like IIM,XLRI, IBS etc. And this happens when he himself does not have MBA credential to his credit.
MBA is a clowning business; Copycatting western colonizers with plundering zestitudes for taking humans as consuming animates and getting into some wildly uncivilized parasitic acts calling experts in market economy and managing mushrooms of stinking mental fatigue for creating monopolastic concubines;
There are too many MBA colleges which have sprung up in the country because of which any body and everybody can become an MBA today. It is a sad state of affairs as Colleges stand to make money where as students have a degree which will not fetch them any good job.This is simply because over a period of time it has been established that it is not only your MBA degree that is important but also the necessary skills and competencies that can fetch anybody a job which around 95%of these so called MBA colleges do not provide.In fact they dont even know what is required to be done or worse still,have not even thought about it that there could a need such as this.
