Before buying any phone, check SAR (Specific absorption Ratio) levels. If the phone is having less than 1 per KG for both Head and body then you can go for that mobile. SAR defines the radiation levels. Whether it is a MicroMax or Iphone, this SAR level should be present on the case. If the manfacture did not provide SAR levels, then don't go for that mobile.
The writer has has correctly pointed out the various aspects while selecting a mobile phone. The advertisement campaigns by the company & the skill of the sales man makes a customer confused and he opts for something which he would not require basically. I myself had this experience and I purchased a Acer brand mobile last year although my choice was to purchase a Samsung brand. Now the Acer brand mobile has ZERO value in the market.Replacement parts are also not available. Mobile phone buyers - Please avoid ACER mobiles.
Correctly Said Chidambaran here.Unfortunately 'Every Rupee Saved is aRupee Earned' is only possible if that rupee is earned and not earned from Parents Pocket.

Never opt substandard products as these have higher radiation level. Not only that, cheap items are used to produce it and the consumer will end up loser choosing such substandard items. Go for standard quality product
