I had been working with Reliance Infra till 10th October 2012. The company deducted tax regularly from my salary. 26AS shows that the company deducted about Rs.25000 and deposited only about Rs.1600 i.e. only upto June 2012. I am yet to receive Form 16A from the company. I T Return is due on 31st July. What to do? Please advise

send a communication to your company and report it to the IT department, and how did u know that only 1600 was deposited as u have not received the form 16

if employer donot file statement TO NSDL regarding your tax deducted at source there will no reflection in 26AS SHRAWAN KUMAR AGARWALA MID
