I have defaulted (Total 48 EMI) 2 EMI of Rs. 23,400 in total and I am ready to repay the same in two or three instalments. But the financier has present a cheque for Rs. 80,000/- and is bounced which I was unaware. I want to know whether by any chance the financer can take away my vehicle. I am ready to pay Rs. 30,000/- in three installments within 2 months. please help me. There interest rates are two heavy.
