Please check if company makes overtime payments. I worked in A LEADING CARGO SHIPPING COMPANY. They made me sit late and did not pay overtime. Very unethical people.
I dont f**king want a new job, as i am working in a reputed organisation in Oman, even though i enjoy all the craps mentioned above in FB, and do all type of so called"misbehaviours" in FB. I believe, i live in a free world, where noone has to fake his identity, just for a job. Be yourself. That comes from self-respect. Nothing to hide or fake.
foolish....i u r capable no one can stop u...if the requirement is critical and u fit the bill...this things are menaingless...FB people wont help the organisation in recruitment...social media is ones personal participation with its frends and organisation has no business keeping a dogs eye on ur fun activities...
I guess the article is praiseworthy , atleast will help the job seekers. May be these stuffs will not influence to much in making a decision while selection, but why to have loopholes.
