Hi, i am working in an MNC in Gurgaon i have lost almost 10 kg weight in 4 months. my mantra is : 1> totally avoid sugar 2> dont take sweets , chicklates, tofees etc 3> take sugar less tea , coffee and milk 4> include egg white in yr diet at least 3 times a week 5> try to increase water intake 6> now try to jog for at least 1/2 hr daily 7> and never take lift either at home , mall or even at house
Best thing to do is eat in small portions and spend more time on your feet either standing or walking!
Once you have realized that the answer to your quest for happiness or solutions to your life's problem cannot be found by gorging on food, you'll lose a substantial amount of weight!
