The application is good but tightly coupled with end smart phone. In addition, the scope did not cover Hospital, Police and of course mobile service providers. It is very much possible to extend this capability to normal handset with a comprosmise with location accuracy with a little help from service providers and govt machineries.
I think that this article provides comprehensive and much needed information on gadgets that women in India unfortunately need today. I think Indian women should go online in large numbers and buy one of these applications soon.
