This book is for people who are OVERweight and really need to reduce their weight to prevent diseases and feel confident. Nishi Grover clearly says that the plan she has put up is for getting back to a natural rhythm and the people who follow her diet are encouraged to stop following it once they reach their ideal weight. I am currently using her method and actually lost 1 kilo in 4 days, most of it water weight, and I have not felt this good or energetic in months.
Desperate people will buy anything! We should put up a quiz to measure desperation quotient and find ways how to prevent it. Studies have shown that a healthy diet is far more important than mindless weight loss and merely looking good in well fitting clothes.
Never try to lose 1 kilo per week. This way you will be losing 52 kilo per year and you will vanish in 1-2 years. One should try to lose weight in the same way as he/she gained weight. If a person gains 5kg weight per year and become obese after several years then he should try to lose 5 kg per year for several years until his weight becomes normal and then he should try to maintain that at that level.

This is such a foolish statement. Who is actually going to lose 52 kilos a year. The point is for a person to lose the weight they need to lose and go back to normal afterwards.

Of course it is easier said than done. It is difficult for certain. But people who have the will to achieve something can do it.
