Good point. But still in many shops & petrol pump they charges 2% extra on credit and debit cards transaction. I think government should discount on credit and debit cards transaction to avoid black money & cash transaction.
in addition scribbling on currency should be banned.as of now one can c all types os writings on notes,from signatures to acc caalculations 2 pan stains.
Why can't we use postage stamps as currency notes? RBI should think over this. Postage stamps are small easy to carry in a small packet and when they get old use them to post a letter or give them back to post office and they will sell it to others who may want to post letters.
RBI realized that 10 rupee is tiny change and you can't really get anything with it. So make coins and consider it as small change...:) Soon 10 rupee coin may be the smallest coin?

and i can give this cards to all te citizens in less than a year not unlike aadhar you get it or not. for identification you can add in the data his/hers' IRIS and figer prints and the card will be made available thro say you bamk oor mobile operator

so u do not NEED CASH for transaction all who get cards wil automatically have a bank account and a UNIQUE mobile number
