It is the skill to be able to kiss your supervisor's hind quarters!

You can be the most qualified and competent candidate or employee in the world but if you don't possess this skill you will never make it beyond the assistant manager designation!

If your boss's wife likes you and the boss finds out, you are in a world of trouble buddy!

It is a bigger career ending mistake than not kissing hind quarters!
