Vegetarian food is best for all humans because humans are designed to be vegetarians. Our digestive system supports only vegetarian food. But unfortunately people boil and fry the vegetables due to which the nutrition is gone.

You are an idiot because you have nothing to support the 3 statements you made.
No, humans are not designed to be vegetarians. Our digestive system supports more than vegetarian food. What do you mean by unfortunately. If a human is alive say for 70 years, do you want the human to eat raw vegetables 3 times a day without changing its form and taste?
There are 3 types of intake necessary for human life:
1.Solid-food.
2.Liquid-water,etc.
3.Gaseous-oxygen.
In the course of human evolution,the human body acquired the ability to survive in any kind of environment.A close examination of the human body shows that humans are veggies,clean water and air is best for them.
But in order to survive in adverse environment,various checks and balances are built into the human body.Hence the human body can tolerate corruptions of all the 3 types of intakes.This does not mean that these corruptions are good for humans.But humans have misunderstood it so.
The corruptions:
1.Solid-Animal meat,fish,preserved foods,etc.
2.Liquid-Alcohol and such fermented,rotten liquids.
3.Gaseous-Cigarette smoke,pollution and such bad air.
All these 3 types of corrupt intake will reduce human longevity and create diseases.In deserts,icelands and such adverse conditions,it may not be possible to get vegetarian food,clean water and air.So people living in such conditions like the eskimos or desert people are compelled to eat animal food and drink bad water.People living in cities face the situation of inhaling bad air due to pollution.
I hope this explains the matter as clear as possible.

dude you forgot that how much fertilizers and chemicals are sprinkled on these so called vegetables.. That is far more dangerous.. Well its choice altogether..

at least it does not go to feed the animals in appalling slave like condition to satisfy your taste for blood which is the main cause of the environmental damage which only slave based societies support..
uric acid present in all meat products, fish, chicken, is trioxypurine and highly addictive
it is v. easy to give up meat eating habit. just become veg for 3 months and also have lots of salad and fruit. this time period is enough to break the addiction caused by meat eating

Those virtues are lost now. It is better in the south. You have several pure veg restaurants but in the north our Indians are addicted tokababs and tandooris which are of mughlai origin.
