Hindu culture is best in world. Whole world can learn a lot from India. slowly but its importance is increasing in western countries..

by the way it's unthinkable for western culture there are communities, localities, people in millions do not eat meat at all! It's the right thing to do for ecology, health, spiritual growth and sustainability of the world.

it is easier to be vegetarian in western country than India now! why?
because there is lot of immigrants veg food available..like many different type of breads like turkish and araB breads, french breads, italian foccacia also hummus, various dips and cheeses, chinese spring rolls,sesame sweets,yoghurts, various nuts ..all readily available and cheap

among the breads you mentioned, only a few a really vegetarian. Many of these breads(please note, not all)of them do have a small amount-say 2% of NV stuff(eg lard). Similarly only a few brands of cheese are truly vegetarian. So, strict vegetarians must check the contents before buying them. This is my personal experience when I lived in Italy for a short while
