Try reverse............

All of us every year we do resolute to lose weight, to be fit, to stop smoking and what not...How many of us follow? Let at least this year keep things simple as we’re very conscious of how much time we have and energy to go around after years of over-commitment. Finally wised up and realize that when things get too busy - we lose not only, also feel more stressed out starting to fall short on commitments.
Instead this year of bogging ourselves down with resolutions which will only put us under more pressure than we have enough to handle, why not make some "reverse resolutions" (Things we're NOT going to do). We all have too much on our plates … why not strategically get rid of some of the items on our task list this year instead of piling on more?
Which are we doing right now that don't have enough payoffs for us to keep doing them?
Which do we need to quit?
Quitting something unproductive doesn't make a loser. Continuing to do something unproductive is actually a waste. Let’s not worry about how quitting this task will look to others around? Our primary responsibility is to our self and our health. We’ve got enough to do…
Hence, decide NOT to make New Year’s resolutions this year and get sucked into the pressure of adding more to our to-do list at the start of a year. Can't imagine a worse way to start 2013 this year, enjoy some time off.
Make this year 2013 to get back and enjoy working instead of constantly feeling like dro
