Rajma Rice has become an old and tasteless food since quality Rajma have disappeared from market.Rajma from Jammu is the best quality in taste, flavour and its preparation. It does not leave loose "tarri". Best food is Chhole Rice made with the aptitude of Punjabi.
Why did the editors, yet again, have to stoop to comparisons to the West for analogies? Why do Indians not have confidence or pride in their own selves? Why do we always have to look West and measure ourselves?
Foe example, here they are comparing our food to junk like Ramen noodles and poutine (ewww) and hot dogs (mystery meat, if it even is meat). All of these are just laboratory produced combinations of chemical pasteurizations masquerading as "food". How can any of this ever compare, let alone in taset but even in the authenticity of the real food ingredients, in any of the (unhealthy but) mouth watering delicacies that are being glorified here. Stuff that we have had even before America was around, stuff that we clearly are head and shoulders above the rest, we need the west to bless our greatness before we think we are great... just goes to show once again, that we are who we try to be and our rulers are from our midst.

Don't criticise everything. It is only a harmless article on food and xenophobia has no place here. Anyway, Ramen noodles are lovely.
