Employer: I dont want to pay to ppl who dont give their 110 per cent.. Its my business and I have everything to loose!
Employee: I dont want to work hard but want to get paid well.. I have nothing to lose.. I want to just show up, work as little as i can.. and take salary & go home...

Why don't they want to be fancy free n footloose and do setting with girls or boys for masti?
Yes it holds good in LALA companies where Buttering(Makhan Lagana),Chamcha giri plays important role.Qualification is not significant that's the reason still good qualified manpower is not willing to join such groups
Easy to handle in private sector provided one is empowered to take action. Very difficult to take action in Govt. sector including PSUs, they enjoy and dictate with seniors their own terms, all exploitation law applies there only, therefore maximum cases in courts can be found only of govt. or related departments. Hire and Fire policy is needed in legal term so as to create fear psychosis of loosing job, so that staff can be kept under control.

I agree with Abhay. I think it's societal thing that Indian Managers want to act like bosses!!
a) Employers try to squeeze maximum (work and profit) by giving minimum (compensation and perks.) For this, they just silently pick-up handful of greedy, selfish, frivolous employees in the beginning itself, groom them for spying by dangling carrots, form their group and make them permanent slaves. Thus, they create a rift in the staff by totally ignoring the majority others.
b) Employees want maximum (compensation and perks) by giving minimum (work and dedication.) For this, they just silently observe which boss has which chamchas and start hanging out with that group. Occasionally crying out their woes, they start garnering sympathy and creating godfathers/ godmothers. Once firmly entrenched in the group, they then start showing off by flirting openly or bossing or having parties.

Both the above 2 cases may enjoy high level of assumed security, but have low progress in long run. Every one get back what they give.

Also, this "rudeness" is actually encouraged and promoted in many organizations by the upper management to keep rank and file employees fighting amongst themselves so as to destroy the possibility of any rebellion against upper management!

Often the employers connive ,plot and execute such ideas to treat their workers in a shabby way. particularly the small it firms .
these people are mostly college dropouts but have wish to become like narayana murthy or mark zuckerberg or bill gates, they work for a few years in a bpo and start of a company like entity with huge bluffs. shame on small it firns
