There are n number of beautiful beaches in maharashtra, karnataka,tamilnadu etc which are totally unspoilt n virgin unlike the beaches mentioned in this article. Looks like the writer had a limited budget (was he on a sponsored trip )or maybe he is too lethargic to even discover the above mentioned pristine beaches.
North India makes the rules - what is yours(seashores) is mine, what is mine(foothills) is mine. They will wave around "We are all Indians" when convenient. We are NOT all Indians when it comes to Himalayan foothills are we?

I think there are restrictions in buying land in Goa too. These restrictions are in Himachal too. It is important to keep IndianVermin away from these pristine places. At one point, rich but classless Punjabis started to invade Himachal; so this had to be done to protect the ancient land of HinduDevas.
India has so much to offer in terms of beaches... but other than goa n kerala n few others..nobody has made use of the beaches...
Many countries...like spain n italy hav made such good use of their beach....
Have a look on youtube... they have made big 5-star hotels... a boulevard.... nice sea food joints,discos.... pubs ....n beautiful connectivity.... lovely walkways.. concrete n wooden...basketball courts,tennis courts,beach volleyball courts... etc.... I mean a huge economy ...just fr its beaches... n they have also ensured its completely safe fr tourists!
I find it hard ...if they can do it... y cant we.... it can earn us so much...

n We hav some gr8 promotional videos!!! :) ...i was watchin 1 promotional video on tv... fr Digha Beach.... the host of d show goes abt sayin...if ur car gets stuck in sand on the beach the locals will help u get ur car out but with a huge bill...WOW...wat promotional video!!
