Indian education system is designed to create employees, not employers.

The quality of education has come to the level of corporation dustbin. The day is not far when Graduates,MBA's will do sweeping,labour work at construction site.
After independence there was a slogan that every citizen should read and write. No thumb impression.
Now degree for all. Masters for all. PhD for all.

Majority of the educational institutes in India are owned by politicians. It is imperative for these institutions that they have a high pass percentage. Hence passing is very very very easy. That is the major problem with our educational institution. Anybody can become an engineer today.

Too much indulgence in social networking and socializing!

This generation of graduate thinks that simply because they earn a degree, jobs are going to be handed to them on silver platters!

Social network, cricket, excess patriotism, superstitions. These are much dangerous than smoking, drinking or even getting affected with AIDS
