Let the lawyer and judge first sort out who will take charge of your wife.. based on that..you will either get a case..or a judgement.

OK. First start moving out your valuables from your residence and give them to your friends for safe keeping till after your divorce!
Then, move out and go to live with a friend.
Talk to a good divorce lawyer and discuss how he can act completely on your behalf i.e. without you being anywhere near the divorce proceedings. Do NOT tell him that your wife is a martial arts expert! Nothing scares lawyers than people who know the right places to hurt them physically!
When you are ready to serve her the divorce papers, make an excuse of having to go out of station for work for a week!
Once you have landed in a place at least 250 kms away from your wife, call your lawyer and ask him to serve the papers.
She will only be angry for a few days. After which you can come back to your home city!
But under no circumstances ever try to meet her till the divorce is final!
AFter divorce women become fat and looks like old car lost oil so again they getting married is difficult but men looks cool even after marriage so this is not fair WTF why these differnce....

I feel sorry for your wife having to manage her marriage with you. I guess it would have been better for her to become second hand and have a bit more fun that way.

Nothing like that.I am getting N number of proposals even after getting divorced.Only you need is good job,good salary,good family back ground,a decent face.

Most men and women "let go" physically, emotionally, and professionally after their first marriage like there was sure fire guarantee that the marriage would last and death would do them apart!
These are the divorcees who find themselves in the leper colony of the matrimonial "markets"!

Why control someone who is already subdued? This control baggage maybe another reason for splitting.
