nor mally guys please be advised that many hr dept of many companies have an undercut connection / under the table dealing with some recruiters.. no matter how hard you try to get a job in such company through other consultants you will not get a job.. bcoz the company A connected with consultancy B . if they get a candidate A will give rs.20,000 to consultancy B.. then will get back rs- 17000 back through un official personal bank accounts of hr staff and their spouse bank accounts.. then only u wil be selected.. for the same job even if u r matching and in salary range and try from a different consltncy like XYZ u will not be recruited.. many hr staff want the candidate to be routed through their own connected consltncies so that they make 2 to 3 lakh in a month...extra income .. the money flow decided all things

and in the situation i mentioned here.. the so called cv collectors come into the scene.. they just forward the cv of candidates who are already decided to be selected by the company hr back to the hr themselves ( obviously they dont locate the talent it is done by the hr themselves )
in this scenario the cv collectors do the work for a mere 10 % of the total referral amount and the remailning 90 % is given back to the hr staff through un officially....

I see so many cosultants on Naukri,com give all bogus Ads and only collect CVs when some one coatact them thre reply is This position is on Hold please beware from thes consultant
