Why only for a specific day? A person should workout for everyday so that he looks fit on all special occasions. Exercise is required to improve fitness, health, functionality, stamina etc.

Yes, absolutely & nothing wrong in it. What we males do. We also look at them right. Don't we try to dress well & attract other woman. Even if a man is married, he still looks at other girls. Not that a girl doesn't do these things. Everyone does, that is why we are humans.
Will you make a same remark on any of your family ladies. We will not, so lets respect other woman just the same way.
