People make idealistic statement while living in the chaotic and practical world.
How you speak, body language, style, how you dress, your thought process, polished language, verbal non-verbal communication, ethnicity, regionality, religion etc everything counts to judge a person.
If she wants to go around in a burkha, then it is her choice. What do we have to say about that? She is right when she says that she has to be judged by her talents and not by her looks. But such things happen in an ideal world and our world is far from being one. But one can be religious and spiritual without a display of religious fervour by wearing burkhas, scarves and veils. Ultimately, we have to respect individual freedoms.
