During Navratri, High Court didn't allow permission beyond 12 am. For New year, its 5.0 am..! Why different sticks..? It is better to have single policy for all....

This permission is for one day only and it has been given to bar and restaurant owners to serve their customers till 5:00 A.M. inside their premises!
