the author of this article is as immature as the answers she is attempting to term as immature or inappropriate. any interviewer who asks the interviewee the strengths and weakness is the weakest interviewer and must be rejected by the job aspirant.

Interview questions and the answers you give to these questions have little or no impact on the hiring decision!

What really matters is who you know inside the organization you are interviewing with!

More than preparing endlessly for interviews, it is better to "network", that is, find and pursue influential people in the organization you wish to be employed in. Get acquainted with them and promise to do more work for them than what is mentioned in the job description!

It is all about establishing trust!

If your employer can trust you, not only will you get employed but you will also stay employed regardless of the conditions in and outside your employer's organization!

Trying to get a job through interview processes is for losers who will never succeed in life!

Dear,when there is a tie between you and the other guy for selection,these kind of questions and right answers will help you to pip the other guy or the competition in the market place
