there is serious leadership crisis in our nation.IT leaders can not be example for leadership, this industry makes profit by selling cheap labor into west, I hope this will not inspire young generation..this industry may be good for middle class youth for making some money. Dear rediff, please promote some leaders from other core industries like Banking,Manufacturing, automobile etc.

unfortunately Manufacturing is dead - no one wants to work there. Plant Operators prefer to join Pizza restaurants to become delivery boys or become servers in canteens of IT companies. I think that we have lost the ability to do any hard work. "Engineers" cannot repair a leaky tap or replace fuse !!! Both young employees and Parents have to work on creating new role models.
and indulged in all kind of unfair means for making money, you need to know how to fool clients, over promise and work for patches, rather than solution. Indian IT industry, do not have a single product to compete at the world market, it's all cheap labor and working 24 by 7.
Its truley paid article...she is true buttering person...everyone knows how she climbed ladder in Wipro...see the first viedo chat by current ceo along wiht senior leader...what a shame
