Ya, the whole experience can be embarrassing as well as taxing, but I would say get it done. You will love it later. I had shortlisted a few photographers from my friends & relatives wedding, chose which was suiting the types of photography they did plus the budget. Eventually after 1.5years & delivering a baby, in my maternity leave got my hubby to sit down & help sort. So now have a Wedding album & its turned out beautifully.
