The article is rubbish

All the managers you mentioned have or had at least 4 truly world class players. So to get the best out of them is not extraordinary but expected. Why don't you mention Robeto Martinez who with not a single world class player in Wigan defeated Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal and Man City in 2012 winning FA Cup in the process. That is one great motivator you missed, Another one is Benitez who with only one world class player in Stevie Gerrad won Champions league with Liverpool in 2005. He won the Europa Cup with demoralised Chelsea team this year after they were knocked out from UCL with no change in personnel. So please do not just write run of the mill article.

Benitez didn't really have any real success after winning CL with Liverpool. Winning Europa cup is not something a top team would be proud of. More like a shame for a team which won CL the previous year. Benitez did reasonably well to finish within top 4, but that was only reasonable, nothing special.

FA cup is not a major trophy, you need to win at least a Legue or CL to even condsider being called a great coach. If winning without any stars is the criteria, Diego Simeone deserve to be there. He has won a lot more than Robeto Martinez and his team is currently at the top of La Liga, ahead of Real and on same points with Barca.

Heynckes did great job with Bayern and deserve to be here. Not only they won everything, they played the best football and humbled the mighty Barca on the way.

Arsene Wenger didn't win anything in the recent past and doesn't deserve to be here. He would have been fired 10 times if he was coaching Real or Chelsea.
