I am starting a restaurant chain in India that focuses on dishes predominantly based on Quinoa and other organic foodstufffs.
My journey started with exploration of various Quinoa brands that are available in the Market and I wish to share my experiences.
The first brand I tried was that of Organic India. Its a nightmare! I had a very unpleasant experience as I had to soak and rinse for at least 20 minutes to at least make it usable. But again, I found Saponin in it and I had to throw away the entire Quinoa as it is very dangerous to consume.
Unfortunately there are not many Quinoa brands available. I hit upon one more Quinoa sold without any brand. It was more bad as it was totally Unprocessed.
Then, I learnt about Zerocalz Quinoa. I found this to the BEST Quinoa ever. It is completely processed and it tasted better than the ones that I had used in Europe. This variety Quinoa Exotica has better Nutritional value compared to other White Quinoa brands.
