When MIT graduates are available to work for 200k per annum, why would Google go all the way to Roorkee to pay a guy at the same salary? Makes no sense.
Either deliberately or unconsciously exaggerated figures.

Google at MIT will make offers to close to 50, where as in India they will make such offers to less than 5. There lies the difference. No exaggerated figures here.
