Honestly, it gave me a headache reading through this. can't we write the same thing in plain simple english which lesser mortals like me can understand.
I did a tour of sri lanka with my wife in 2005. I was cheated by the taxi driver and tour operator. I lodged a complaint on the net but nothing happened.Two sri lankans did express their regrets for what hapnd to us.A 2 day trip to SL cost us US $300 then.Almost Rs 30000.Even today, a 4 days trip to S'pore etc does not cost much more than this. They refused to let me talk to the Tourism Dept at the airport.
