I cant forget my teacher, who was my class teacher for 4th and 5th standard in Shanthi Niketan School Viveknagar, Bangalore. Who really thought us with passion. In our class, everybody use to do their home work without fail. The reason is very simple. Who ever fail to do their home or class work, then the student need to hit the teacher with cane. This the reason everybody use be very prompt. She is a muslim. We love MISS....

More than 30 years have passed, but even today i distinctly remember my teachers in college- Prof. Bhave & C Y Kulkarni(ECO), Prin. Oak(Computers), Prof. Undirwadkar(Accts). In SBI my gurus were Mr. Khavnekar, Mr. Price Thomas, Mr. Guru Rao & Mr. Khandkar.A dear friend, Ganesh Bhat, was also my guru in college. My brothers, Sharad & Prasanna, & my late father were also great teachers.I have now got into teaching & my gurus in my early days were Mr. Mahajan & Mr. Rudra. All that I have achieved is only due to these fabulous taechers. Today, I express my gratitude to them through this forum & salute all of them- my gurus, my devatas !

I remember very fondly and with great respect some of the old school teachers. Usually clad in Dhoti, coat, topi and shoes, the evoked deep respect, fear and reverence. Besides, teaching was a passion for them and they loved their students and teaching.

Some of these veterans are no more and these are Shri - Nadgir Sir, LB Kulkarni Sir, Sidhanti Brothers, Tatti Teacher and many others..
