Life or Death?

Life Insurance(without any riders) in the form of a 20 yearTerm-Plan(Preferably on-line)in the 25-30 year group is Fine, any other form of insurance in any age group is Pure waste of personal wealth. Basically We have to understand that Insurance is an Expense and it is NOT an Investment. Mixing an investment with an expense is the worst thing an individual can do - they will eat into each other.

The big problem with Life Insurance

Yes it covers well only if you die within 2/3 year of policy as after a period of 5 years or more, the policy amount stops making sense as cost of living is continuously going up.

So true

Myth 7: Pleasing relatives/associates is important

I have first hand experience in a relationship getting sour with one of my friend. He attached friendship with taking a needless policy that made no sense for me.

Obviously, the guy weighed a useless policy more than friendship and broke away.

Some of the so called insurance agents are so ignorant to the real benefits / terms and conditions that all they can see through, is the commission and yearly target.

I really get scared on getting to know that one of my friends / relative is planning to become an insurance agent. I do not want to get into the same test of friendship via purchase of policy route again.
