Today the managers of corporate world do not select people who are more talented and can over take them. They are naturally rejected.

Smile!
by Dirgahpattan Sinha on Aug 20, 2013 11:23 AM  | Hide replies

Don't forget to smile after answering each question during the interview!

Smiling shows that you are confident and you believe you were right about your answer!

Even if the interview is going badly, a smiling candidate turns the tables on the interviewer by making the interviewer feel that it is the interviewer's fault or incompetence that the interview is going badly for the candidate!

When a candidate smiles after answering a tough question wrongly, the interviewer gets confused and tries to recover what the interviewer thinks is lost ground!

Remember, most hiring decision-making interviewers are not trained to interview candidates. They are only interviewing to see if the candidate can do the job! If the candidate makes them uncomfortable in the interview in front of their boss or peers, they are likely to cover up their perceived incompetence by not being negative towards the candidate in the assessment because it would look like they are being vengeful!

There is no rule which says that it is only the candidate who has to be made uncomfortable during the interview!
