What do I do with the sugar
How do I sweeten the gujjias.
This is not explained at all. How do we go about it.

In a pan, heat the ghee and lightly fry the khoya. Add sugar and dry fruits. Keep aside for the mixture to cool.

Make sugar syrup of 2 string consistency. Dip warm gujiyas in hot syrup, drain well and keep on metal sieve/ grid to dry.
