most of the bosses are like hyenas

Indian employers want cheap labor. They are not interested in the organisation or employees. They have short term goals. See the share prices of most listed companies, they are languishing.

A boss with 80%monkey mind and20% human mind is dangerous because he thinks 80%negative.A child of 3yrs has monkey like mind which not converted to human mind in adulthood, then at 30yrs a person with 100% monkey mind will be called a mad person

It seems the book is like jungle book. And is written for the sake of writing. One should not compare human with the wild animals. The behaviour of even the wild animals are situational. Thus it cannot be treated as an absolute.

Always compare bosses with any animal or cartoon character to get over the monotony and difficulties of reporting to them. I have made mistakes in judging bosses and paid the price. It is important to judge bosses before you react to their idiosynchrosis
