The Witchcraft Yoga advices you to not to eat in the morning before this activity. This will get you a low blood pressure

Yoga puts a lot of stress on your nervous system rather than making you healthier or stronger. The consequences are..

People doing yoga can be easily diagnosed with

Impotency, back pain, acne and strains in joints, loss of appetite, Migraine, etc.

along with that can add nadishuddi pranayama, garudasana, vajrasana,

low bp student must practice with yoga therapist till they get stamina of their own. Teacher guidance is important.

You dont need yoga therapist you need A Brain to hold that called COMMON SENSE.
