My cibil score is 571 at present, I dont have any current loan account or credit card at present, how can I improve my cibil score

My cibil score decreased suddenly by 200 points in what time I can increase it if I pay my 2 cards bill of 40000 each today itself.

I already took loan from Axis bank on 2012, still I am not complete that. I checked my CIBIL report but there is no score.
Axis bank ask me to settle my loan account, If I settle that account my CIBIL score will affect or not?
Please advise me...

CIBIL report shows that my salary is 24 Thousand per month and the data reported by LICHFL from where i have taken housing loan on the year 2006.But now i am drawing a salary of 1 Lac per month but still my salary shown in the cibil report is 24 Thousand.Will it impact my cibil.Please suggest for the correction if it realy having any impact.

Dear sir,
Since i have not intimated the financial institution from where i took Housing loan about my salary revision from 24 Thousand on 2007 to 86 Thousand on 2018 but my cibil report shows that my salary income is 24 Thousand only on 20.01.2018.Will it have impact on my cibil score.Please suggest.
