It is pointless to pay so much for 700D. It is better to buy a 600D as the only difference is the touchscreen (which is not a necessity) and HDR (which can be done using a computer software). The image sensor in both 600D and 700D is the same and would produce the same quality. The Digic 5 and 4 does not make much of a difference.
I have this Camera which I brought in Costco store US. This was was my first DSLR. This camera is called Rebel T5i in US and is similar to it's predecessor T4i(EOS 650D). The lens which comes with this camera(18-55mm STM lens) is really good. I was in dilemma whether to go for Nikon D5200 or this one but after trying both cameras several times brought this one. However above ISO 800 there is some noise which Canon needs to improve.
