Sorry boss it is not the parents upbringring but certan defects maybe psychological or certain inherent pschiatric shortcomings. No paent will teach their kids to kill or maim others. Dont be so insenstive or inconsiderate towards parents.

A village boy from Bihar got carried away probably by a metro girl who might have given him some attention as a friend.This is really scary with invariable Bihar angle in criminal thinking process
