I haven't got any loans from any of the banks. I applied for personal loan in HDFC bank before 2 months and it was rejected due to some residence issues. They said like I have to be in this address for 2 years. But I am here for the past one year only. Because of this I got hit on my credit score and now I am not able to get any loans or credit card. Pls help me out in this. Thanks in advance.
I got a corporate card from the company and used it only for company purposes. The company failed to pay the dues and the credit card guys are behind me to pay the money. Can anyone suggest a solution to get out of this situation. I have tried asking my employer to pay up but he is saying he is bankrupt. What do I do?

If card was issues against your salary account then it is not a Corp card , so you are liable My suggestion is to go meet the bank guys with a Lawyer for Final settlement T&C (you need get the things in Writing from the Bank at the end of conversation , else this episode will restart )
