I guess 7 must-have IT skills for job seekers are 1. Spend almost entier day in office in isolation (forget everything else) 2. Work on multiple projects. If you are lucky you would need to work on multiple technologies. 3. To fight attrition -> take over others projects and handover your projects at the same time 4. Undewr the name of very good money you spend your day/ weekends even holidays and though your gross is handsome but your hourly income drops below govt employees 5. You must LISTEN to your bosses/ clients who would under the name of business sla criticality would allot your more work at the day end and leave, making you struggeling till day end to finish DEADLINES. 6. Once Twice a year your project completes on time and you get small perks peanuts. All other projects dispite woring always overtime goes beyond timelines (due to wrong system doc/ design/ extra features asked post signoff ie crf) 7. Under the title of "* must-have IT skills for job seekers" you again slog to aquire new skills which are utilised by existing company or newly joined company and the cycle above repeats.
GIVE ME A BREAK. I REALLY DONT KNOW HOW COME PEOPLE IN OTHER INDUSTRIES GET HIGH SALARIES DESPITE NOT UPGRADING TIME TO TIME AND WORKKING 9-6 ROUTINE ???????

true that! I was in the gaming industry, and currently hate games made by my old company, since I know well how much a developer such as I was, has struggled under the impossible criteria!
