Our NGO's are busy conducting surveys on minority vote banks or gathering data for people willing to go to Mars or compiling sheets on which films/star/starlet etc boomed or bombed.

American NGOs in action
by free market on Apr 27, 2013 06:53 AM  | Hide replies

The girl will not see 1 cent of the 30,000 dollars since it will be deposited to the college's account who lobbied for laws to get government money to "help students." And the NGO spent $5,000 per child? How much did each child get out of that money? ZERO. The movies, travel, plays, etc., would have all together amounted to $300. I bet the remaining money goes as salary to the person who runs the NGO. And this is per child. Remember that!

Dude don't you realise that this girl would get a degree at the end of the day, which would most likely land her in a decent job. Isn't that credible achievement ?

Nobody is maryada purshottam here, so the best thing to do is support some positive work.
