For weight gain , you can practice Prithvi Mudra meditation . Practice it for 15-20 min every day .

for weight gain, u want just tips? Oh noo. you have to 1. Eat every night 2-3 bananas before sleep. 2. Have mostly rice as food for full stomach on lunch as in dinner. 3.Have always good sleep. That's enough, to gain wait !!! It's very easy to gain weight.
