It is because she is not malnourished as 90% of Indians are. It is called good living.
Another Lindsay Lohan in the making. She will be an addict by 18 and die of an overdose by 30... Most of these white kids go astray very quickly. Their individualistic societies are to be blamed for this. There is no support structure called family, and what matters are only the materialistic things, that prove to be worthless in the long run! Hence the happiness seeking starts with alcohol and drugs.
What's wrong with this world. Look at how chubby and mature she looks for a 6 year old. She has lost her childhood and aging way too fast. Give her a break parents!!

Why shouldn't she, she is well fed and well looked after. Unlike 90% of India who is skinny and malnourished wondering the streets begging half naked. You people are just jealous of her, nothing else.
