The bike looks good but mileage wise it is very poor. It is only 40 - 50 km/l

Milage depends on the driving speed. If you drive between 40-50 kms/hr speed, you will get above 60kms/litre. If you drive above 60kms/hr, your mialge will drop drastically to 40-50 kms/litre. Try running at lower but steady speed. All 4 stroke engines behave like this only.
