Probably she is proudly from Andhra but be happy that she proudly told she is 1/4 telugu. She is 1/4 German, 1/4 British, and rest 1/4 Indian, now which part of India was one of her parents is from would help decide whehter she is more than 1/4 telugu or just 1/4 telugu.
