I have been advising all my international face book friends to avoid North India since the news of the 16th December gang rape spread internationally!
Even before December last year, I have been educating them about the "real" India which is this horrific place where North Indians migrate to the western and southern parts of India to defecate on and defile the pristine beauty and tranquility!
I have told them that 9.9 in 10 North Indian men are rapists and nobody is safe in North India!
Good,no one shd come to India,the govt. Cant even protect it's own women ,how can it protect intl.tourists.is this the India where goddess like durga and Lakshmi are worshipped ?if the laws are strict then such incidents will not happen.
I saw two Local Passengers in Airport rubbing against her in queue and abusing a Western Foreign Woman carrying her 2 month old baby while boarding the plane.
She was scared, embarassed and sad and yet quiet and silent.
These people will never come to India again nor do they recommend someone to visit India

It it good they dont come to India. Because Indian Tourism doesnt care and Indian Tourism Wing and the complete Chain waiting for an opportunity to bring down a foreign woman.

Instead of hanging them outright our Govt is buzy allowing to join one of the Rapist to IAF Force by giving permission to appear for Exam and other brutal Juvenile only 3yrs in rehabilition center and then enjoy life.
