1) Caffeine - I tried avoiding caffeine in the evening and it really helps a lot.
2) Alchol - I tried this, finishing the alcoholic drink 2 hours before you go to bed, take lot of water after you drink alcohol and leave 1.5 hours gap before bed. It avoids dehydration. If possible take some Electrolyte powder along with water for body re-hydration.
3) Olive Oil - Try applying extra virgin olive oil on your face, you will sleep within few minutes after you go to bed. IT really works ; I said this to some of my friends - they are really happy for this information.
