Please do not publish crazy dieting article which will not serve the purpose, for a regular busy class of people who do not have sufficient time to eat while working. Everybody is not a model or actors merely concern about their dieting.

Suggestion should be simple in such a way that it will serve the purpose

Dude eating a small banana or half apple or some almonds and walnuts also considered one meal...Its for ur own health's sake. You have to be little creative. If you eat what others around u eat..u cant expect to be more healthy than them. It's possible n not as daunting as u think.

i am vegetarian. i not smoker i am not using liquor/ but i have stomach problem. all fate don't waste your time in eating. do work be proud

Its not fate .. its the atmosphere around you. You might not smoke , but , look at the pollution around you .. and food .. its all pesticides .. which definitely spoils health ..

Keep preparing food and keep eating after every hour or 70 minutes. Don't do any other work. How can you do any work if you keep cooking and eating 9 times a day. If you drink a glass of mil or eat a banana it takes 2-3 hours to digest that. How can we eat before the food eaten earlier is not digested.

This study is market driven and funded by packaged food industry. Nobody can prepare meal for 9 times, so you need to buy packaged food, bars, etc.

Eat maithi, Oakra, Chana, green vegitabls and do not eat after 6PM. Do 30 minutes exercise and You will be fit.

I lost my cholesterol using this.

And balance out protein, fat and minerals throughout the day with different items. It is related to ability to digest the food with the digestive juices being simultaneously produced by the body. Your body is the best judge, learn to understand its indications .... avoid splurging.

Usually we desis eat NINE meals a day in such case although each of our meal if equal to regular full meal or whatever we could eat.

who wants to live for 100 years? a moron perhaps. one should enjoy youth and eat and dine while one can. just take basic care to ensure that excess of everything is bad.

Humans have reduced their life span from 250 years to a 100. These guyz want to further reduce it ? :) Btw you want to live upto 30-40.

When you will have liability after 45, you will pray to live, so you can take care of your loved one.

All disease start making bases after 40.
